Ready to Dive in?

Before we can start there are a few things we need from you! First we will need to register your diver and ensure all forms are filled out prior to their first lesson. Below are the forms and information we will need:

1. You will need to sign you diver up through AAU website (click here). You will input our club code: UZB5R62GF Once completed you will need to send us your athletes AAU Membership Number.

2. Please read through and fill out our Dive Team Participation Waiver by clicking here. When completed please upload the pdf in the registration form.

Once we receive all of the necessary paperwork we will send you a link for the final sign-up and payment.
